Polgoon Ortega

A single estate, single variety, white wine from Polgoon. A vibrant apricot & floral honeysuckle nose, with peach and stone fruit on the palate all lightly balanced with a gentle acidity. An ideal pairing for soft and crumbly cheeses, smoked meats and accompanying salads.

WINE MAKING

Grapes are harvested then pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. 11.5%, 75cl, Vegan friendly, Contains sulphites.

Our orders are sent out in plain cardboard boxes with the bottles protected in a cardboard mesh system. This is very robust and ensures that there are no damages. If this case is being purchased as a gift you can enter the recipient’s address at the checkout and also a gift note. We handwrite the note onto an A6 postcard.
