Polgoon Bacchus

A single variety wine made from the Bacchus grapes. Full of character with exuberant aromas of lime zest and freshly cut grass on the nose. This wine pairs well with fresh Cornish fish dishes.

WINE MAKING

The grapes are hand harvested, the bunches are de-stemmed and pressed immediately into tank where we add the yeast that turns the juice into wine.

11.5% VOL – 75cl, Contains sulphites, Vegan friendly

Our orders are sent out in plain cardboard boxes with the bottles protected in a cardboard mesh system. This is very robust and ensures that there are no damages. If this case is being purchased as a gift you can enter the recipient’s address at the checkout and also a gift note. We handwrite the note onto an A6 postcard.
