Yorkshire Heart Vineyard & Brewery was established in 2011 at Nun Monkton, near York.
They have a twelve-barrel plant and bottling line is situated just up the road from the Yorkshire Heart vineyard, managed by Tim Spakouskas.
The brewery has gone from strength to strength since it was established, with a fantastic team who are passionate about producing quality, easy drinking craft beers. They only use the best malts and hops from reputable suppliers from Yorkshire.
Their vines are nurtured throughout the year by their passionate team, then handpicked during the Autumn harvest by a wonderful team of volunteers and friends.
The grapes are processed on–site in their winery, overseen by chief winemaker Gillian Spakouskas who carefully monitors the wines during a 12-month fermentation and maturation period. They are then stabilised before filtering, bottling, labelling and packing in-house.
