Traditional London Dry Gin (70CL, 42% ABV)

Containing 18 botanicals which include:
Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Bitter Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Kafir Lime Leaves, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Liquorice, Grains of Paradise, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Bilberries, Heather & Thyme.

Forged by nature, our North Yorkshire gin takes inspiration from the wild, earthy beauty of the North Yorkshire Moors, between Thirsk and Whitby, where we harvest heather and bilberries, when in season. The lovingly prepared mix of botanicals, and the exacting way in which we distil our gins, makes our North Yorkshire Gin a very smooth, flavoursome, ‘fruity’ gin.

Serve:
Serve over ice, with one-part gin and three parts tonic. We recommend a high-quality, plain tonic as we believe the flavour should come from the gin rather than the tonic. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit, a fresh sprig of thyme and a few pink peppercorns.

Our orders are sent out in plain cardboard boxes with the bottles protected in a cardboard mesh system. This is very robust and ensures that there are no damages. If this case is being purchased as a gift you can enter the recipient’s address at the checkout and also a gift note. We handwrite the note onto an A6 postcard.
