A single variety wine made from the Bacchus grapes. Full of character with exuberant aromas of lime zest and freshly cut grass on the nose. This wine pairs well with fresh Cornish fish dishes.
WINE MAKING
The grapes are hand harvested, the bunches are de-stemmed and pressed immediately into tank where we add the yeast that turns the juice into wine.
11.5% VOL – 75cl, Contains sulphites, Vegan friendly

A single variety with refreshing notes of green grass and grape on the nose.
Crisp characteristics continue on the palate such as green apple, melon and a subtle lemon finish. Best enjoyed with a summer salad (high in acidity) or of course, Cornish seafood!

Their grapes are processed on–site in their winery, and they then have a 12-month fermentation and maturation period. They are then stabilised before filtering, bottling, labelling, and packing.
